29 CFR 1910.28(b)(7)(i): The employer must ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface near an opening, including one with a chute attached, is protected from falling by use of guardrail systems: (a) On or about August 10, 2021 - 3500 Press Area, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 16 feet when walking across scrap chute doors where the safety latches were not secured.
