29 CFR 1926.252(a):An enclosed chute of wood, or equivalent material, was not used where materials were dropped more than 20 feet to points lying outside the exterior walls of the building(s): At a commercial worksite located at 3115 Troost Ave, KC MO -- Employees were throwing trash and debris off the roof of the building with no enclosed chute or anything else while another trade was working below in the basement with open windows and doors where the trash and debris landed. This was documented on or about 08/16/2021.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. At a commercial worksite located at 3115 Troost Ave, KC MO -- employees were working from the roof of the commercial property dumping trash and debris over the edge which exposed them to fall hazards greater than twenty (20) feet above ground level. This was documented on or about 08/16/2021.
