29 CFR 1910.95(g)(6): At least annually after obtaining the baseline audiogram, the employer did not obtain a new audiogram for each employee exposed at or above an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels:   a) Jacob A Weaver Company, Inc. - On or about August 19, 2021, employees exposed to noise levels greater than 85 dBA,  while conducting work operations with and around saws and a de-barker, had not received a new audiogram since 2019.  Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation. This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
