29 CFR 1910.213(f)(2): Self-feed circular ripsaw(s) were not provided with sectional non-kickback fingers for the full width of the feed rolls: (a) Rip Saw - On or about 8/20/2021 and at times prior, a Madison 404 ripsaw had damaged and nonfunctioning anti-kickback fingers, exposing employees to struck-by and impalement hazards.
