29 CFR 1910.213(f)(2): Self-feed circular ripsaw(s) were not provided with sectional non-kickback fingers for the full width of the feed rolls: (a) Rip Saw - On or about August 4, 2022, and at times prior, a Madison 404 ripsaw had damaged and nonfunctioning anti-kickback fingers, exposing employees to struck-by and impalement hazards. Gilco Lumber, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.213(f)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1549006, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 3, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 68 Gilco Dr, Roderfield, WV 24881.
