29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that material safety data sheets were readily accessible to the employees in their work area during each work shift: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) Safety Data Sheets (SDS's) for flooring compounds by employees such as Armstrong S-452 Part A and B and MEI Eco-Hanger Grip Adhesive were not maintained at the work site. Employees were exposed to health hazards.
