29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and heated parts:   a. 965 Cranbury South River Rd., Jamesburg, NJ  The employer did not ensure that sufficient guarding was provided to protect employees from ingoing nip points and point of operation hazards for equipment that included, but was not limited to Horizontal Feeder/Extruder.  Employees engaged in the building  and testing of Horizontal Feeder/Extruder without adequate guarding to prevent employees operating the machine or employees walking near the machine from placing body parts or reaching directly into the moving parts of the machine .   Violation occurred on or about August 23, 2021.
