29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4):Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent: a. Throughout Plant Area; On or about August 25,2021 employees were exposed to entrapment hazard. The designated, marked, and identified emergency exit doors located throughout the plant area were hidden by large stationary/storage racks and machineries and were not in the line of sight. There were no directional exit markings indicating the way to travel.
