Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees from hazards associated with struck by hazards: Inside the warehouse located at 8326 East Adamo Drive, Tampa, FL 33619. a) On or about 08/23/2021, and at times prior to, employees were exposed to struck by hazards from damaged racks. The employer failed to unload, replace or repair damaged racks. The following racks were damaged: Multiple posts in aisles H95, M301 b) On or about 08/23/2021, and at times prior to, employees were exposed to struck by hazards from racking posts that are missing throughout the entire racking system.
