29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: (a): Exterior main parking lot - An employee working from an aerial lift did not have a lanyard attached to the boom or basket. An employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet while wearing a personal fall arrest harness that was not attached to the boom or basket while working on the aerial lift, on or about August 25, 2021. There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
