29 CFR 1910.36(g)(4): Objects that projected into the exit route reduced the width of the exit route to less than the minimum width requirements for exit routes: a) Walmart Associates, Inc. DBA Walmart Supercenter #2141 located at 1675 South Christopher Columbus Boulevard, Philadelphia, PA 19148: On or about August 26, 2021, the employer did not ensure an exit route in the stockroom was at least 28 inches wide at all points. Items such as boxes, pallets, and a pallet jack were placed within the exit route, preventing prompt exiting during emergency.
