Location: NY Rt. 306 & Kearsing Parkway Monsey, NY 10952 a) On or about August 24th, 2021, an employee was exposed to fall from height hazards while conducting sheathing work - employee was conducting work while standing on a window ledge approximately 4 stories high (approximately 35ft high) without fall protection. b) On or about August 20th, 2021, employees were exposed to fall from height hazards while conducting work on the roof of an approximately 4 stories high (approximately 40ft high) without fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Location: NY Rt. 306 & Kearsing Parkway Monsey, NY 10952 a) On or about August 24th, 2021, an employee was exposed to fall from height hazards while conducting sheathing work - employee was conducting work while standing on a window ledge approximately 4 stories high (approximately 35ft high) without fall protection. Valley Framers LLC was previously cited for violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1926.501(b)(2)(i), which is contained in OSHA Inspection number 1460634. In regards to inspection number 1460634, Citation 1, Item 2 group b, was issued on 02/20/21 to a work place located at 515 N Macquester Pkwy Mount Vernon NY 10552 . The citation became final order on 03/17/21.

Valley Framers LLC was previously cited for violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1926.503(a)(1), which is contained in OSHA Inspection number 1460634.
