(b) On or about August 28, 2021, employees were exposed to injuries from falls, while conducting residential framing activities in excess of six feet above the lower working surface, without the benefit of fall protection systems being in place at 10640 Horton Drive, Colorado Springs, CO. Beltran's Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1533698, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on July 14, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 6887 Volga Drive, Colorado Springs, CO.
