29 CFR  1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse:  (a) Facility, 2658 Puckety Street, Export, PA:  On or about August 26, 2021 one pipe was set in storage on the 3rd tier of a stack was not adequately blocked from movement.  The pipe was laid on 2 4 x 4 wooden separators that extended slightly over the level below.  There were no wedges or chocks secured at the ends of the boards.   An employee attempted to roll the pipe closer towards the end and without another pipe in place to balance the load on the boards.  When the pipe rolled the wooden separators cantilevered and the pipe fell off the stack and onto the employee.
