29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms are not kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition. a) The employer fails to ensure effective measures to prevent slip, trip, and fall hazards, as demonstrated on or about August 31, 2021, in the breakroom where employees move and retrieve stock. To abate this hazard, the employer must ensure boxes of stored product are kept in an orderly manner.

29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers is not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it is stable and secure against sliding and collapse. a) The employer fails to ensure effective measures to prevent struck-by, trip, and fall hazards, as demonstrated on or about August 31, 2021, in the main storage room / receiving room where employees move and retrieve stock. To abate this hazard, the employer must ensure boxed merchandise that is in storage is arranged in a stable manner to prevent it from falling onto or in the path of employees.
