29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms are not kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition. a) The employer fails to ensure effective measures to prevent slip, trip and struck-by hazards, as demonstrated on or about August 31, 2021, in the main storage room/receiving room, where employees move and retrieve stock. To abate this hazard, the employer must ensure that boxes of product, empty boxes, u-boats, and roll-tainers are kept in an orderly manner.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less is used for storage: a) The employer fails to ensure effective measures to prevent slip/trip, struck-by fire, and electrical hazards as demonstrated on or about August 31, 2021, in front of the electrical panels in the main storage/receiving room where employees move and retrieve stock. To abate this hazard, the employer must ensure that the area in front of electrical panels is kept clear of merchandise, cardboard boxes, u-boats, plastic bins, and other items.
