29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2)(iii): The employer did not inform employees on the location and availability of the written hazard communication program, including the required list(s) of hazardous chemicals, and safety data sheets. On or about September 2, 2021, the employer did not effectively train employees at Sunrise Cooperative, Inc. located at 419 East Street in New Washington, Ohio 44854 with information in regards to employees using the computer terminal in the office to locate information on the chemicals used in the facility. This information includes the chemical's safety data sheets and includes but not limited to the chemicals of White Mineral Oil, Beta-Cyfluthrin, and Isopropylamine salt of glyphosate.
