29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Solid Contractors, Inc., 3305 W. 155th Ave, Broomfield, CO 80023: On and before 8/17/2021, the employer did not ensure that employees working on a roof higher than six feet were protected from fall hazards. Two employees were observed conducting roofing operations with no means of fall protection on a new residential construction with the lowest point being 12 feet, highest 24 feet, and a 5/12 pitch. Solid Contractors Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1513610, citation number 01001, item number 1-1 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/7/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 17680 Eclipse St, Broomfield, CO 80023.
