29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)Solid Contractors Incorporated, as the exposing employer, is failing to ensure that each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were protected by guardrails, safety nets, or personal fall arrest systems. This violation was recently observed on February 1, 2022 at 6400 Barnstead Dr., Castle Pines, CO. 80108 where employees of Solid Contractors Incorporated were exposed to fall hazards greater than 14 feet while engaged in residential framing activities. Employees were not using fall protection equipment.      Solid Contractors Incorporated, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1547695, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on September 29, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 7032-7033 Fireside Way, Castle Pines, CO 80108.  Solid Contractors Incorporated, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1513610, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on July 7, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 17680 Eclipse St., Broomfield, CO 80023.
