29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure: (a)M&M Roofing, LLC at 2831 South Lancaster Drive, Sioux Falls, SD 57106: On or about and at times prior to August 24, 2021, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees conducting roofing activities were protected from fall hazards. Employees were working on the roof of a new multi-family residence without a fall protection system in place. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet.
