MCAS BEQ Project, Building 5697, 1st floor: Employee(s) conducted chilled water system pipe insulation operations and used Armaflex 520 Adhesive a hazardous Chemical. Employee(s) wore white cloth and Maxiflex gloves which were not sufficient to reduce exposure to the chemicals hazardous properties. Employees were exposed to chemical exposure through the skin.

Employee(s) wore prescription and/or standard safety glasses which were not sufficient to reduce exposure to the chemicals' hazardous properties. Employees were exposed to eye and face chemical exposure.
