29 CFR 1926.350(a)(10): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinder or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour.   Weld Shop: Two cylinders of acetylene, one in use and one not in use, were in a cart two feet away from an oxygen cylinder in use.  The  acetylene cylinder not in use was not secured.  Employees were exposed to fire hazards.
