29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet. a) R.J. Sherman and Associates, Incorporated - Vermeer Middletown location - on or about September 9, 2021, the employer maintained a four volume set of Safety Data Sheets, but did not provide a listing of the hazardous chemicals in use on-site. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
