Sherman and Associates, Incorporated - Vermeer Middletown location - The shop was not equipped with welding screens to separate the welding operations and protect the adjacent workers from welding glare, on or about July 9, 2021. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
