29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): The employer did not ensure each platform on all working levels of scaffolds were fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(I)-(iii): a) 47 Hollie Lane, Lot #34 in Dallas GA: On or about 9/1/2021, the employer exposed employees to falls hazards of approximately 13 feet to the lower level, in that the work platforms on the scaffold were not fully planked as employees were engaged in brick installation activities. Cano Masonry was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1472922 citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/4/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 150 Cricket Lane Lot 4, Alpharetta GA 30009.

The employer (Cano Masonry) was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1472922 citation number 1 item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on 5/4/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 150 Cricket Lane Lot 94, Alpharetta GA. 30009.
