29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2):Employers programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers.  (a)	Century Communities INC at 12831 Delaware St, Westminster CO, 80234:  On and before September, 2021 the controlling employer did not ensure that subcontractor employees were protected from injury, in that subcontractor employees installing the exterior patio and frame work for a single family housing unit. Window wells and post holes 5-6 feet in depth did not have covers and covers were not properly marked.  This condition exposed subcontractor employees to trip and fall hazards up to approximately 6 feet.
