29 CFR 1904.40(a): When an authorized government representative asks for the records you keep under Part 1904, you must provide copies of the records within four (4) business hours. US Forest Service- Stanislaus National Forest: Employees were exposed to health and safety hazards because the injury and illness tracking system was not maintained. On September 14, 2021, OSHA logs and summaries were requested for last four years. On Sep 20, 2021, OSHA 300 logs were provided for 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. Summaries (300As) were not provided for these years except for 2018.
