29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.: a) On or about September 16, 2021 and at times prior, employees used compressed air to clean metal shavings and other debris from themselves, operational equipment, and product surfaces. Air pressure was observed at 100 p.s.i. and nozzles did not have chip guarding or pressure relief capabilities.
