On or about September 21, 2021, an employees of the subcontractor were working from an aerial lift(s) and not wearing a safety harness with lanyard in the following instances: (a) Employee installing building wrap on east side of building #26 (b) Employees installing plywood on balcony on the north side of building #26 The subcontractor's employees were exposed to the hazard of falls.
