29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(15): Ladder(s) were not inspected by a competent person for visible defects on a periodic basis and after an occurrence that could have affected their safe use: (a) On or about 09/21/21, ladder inside the shaft of Corner of 54th Street and 71st Ave, Maspeth. NY The employer did not inspect the ladder in which the ladder rails on both sides split, a bracket was missing, and rungs were dented, prior to use by employees.
