29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. (a) On or about September 24, 2021, employees conducting roofing activities (shingle installation) on a second story 4:12 pitch roof were not protected from falling to the lower level. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately Twenty (20) feet on the North and South sides of structure. (b) On or about September24, 2021, employees conducting roofing activities (cleanup) on a 4:12 pitch single story roof were not protected from falling to the lower level. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately eight (8) feet and six (6) inches on the South side of structure.

This exposed employees accessing and egressing the roof to a fall hazard of approximately eight (8) feet six (6) inches.
