Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers shall be stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse:     (a) On or about 09/17/2021 - Donor Area - 8501 Whitesburg Drive, Huntsville, AL 35802,  employees traversing the area in front of the donor pile were exposed to struck-by, trip, and fall hazards from materials such as bags and bundles of clothes because the employer did not require that the bags and bundles in the pile be stored in tiers, stacked, blocked  interlocked and limited height.
