29 CFR 1910.504(d)(3)(i)(B):The employer did not ensure that a filtering facepiece respirator was only reused by the employee when the respirator had been stored in a breathable storage container for at least five calendar days between use and has been kept away from water or moisture. a) Southeast VA Clinic located at 3285 S Val Vista Dr., Gilbert, AZ 85295: On or about October 1, 2021, employees were using N95 filtering facepiece respirators as a facemask, donning and doffing the same mask multiple times a day, without storing the respirator in a breathable storage container between uses.
