29 CFR  1910.178(n)(8):  The employer did not ensure that a powered industrial truck was operated at a speed that would permit it to be brought to a stop in a safe manner as required.  (a) Swift Beef Company located at 920 N 7th Ave. Greeley, CO 80631: On 9/28/2021 and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck-by and caught-between hazards while operating a Raymond  425-C40TT powered industrial truck.  An employee was hospitalized when his leg was caught between a powered industrial truck and a storage rack guard.
