29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: (a) Swandale Road, Clay: On August 25, 2021, employees were positioning overhead, suspended aluminum culvert sections without the use of protective helmets. Lycoming Supply, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1215891, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/30/2018, with respect to a workplace located at North Main Street and East Laurel Street, Mahanoy, PA 17948.
