29 CFR 1904.33(a): Basic requirement. You must save the OSHA 300 Log, the privacy case list (if one exists), the annual summary, and the OSHA 301 Incident Report forms for five (5) years following the end of the calendar year that these records cover. On or about October 7, 2021 and at times prior thereto, the employer had not created and saved their OSHA 300 Log, the annual summary, and the OSHA 301 Incident Report forms for years 2017, 2018, and 2019. The documents were generated and provided to the Austin Area Office on October 13, 2021.
