29 CFR  1910.134(k)(6): The employer did not provide the basic advisory information on respirators, as presented in Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134, who wear respirators when such use was not required by the employer.   In the production area at 11 Mill Street, Brookfield, MA:  On and before October 21, 2021, employees were provided filtering facepiece respirators to be used, on a voluntary basis, during clean up in the production area.  Employees engaged in sweeping wood chips and dust were permitted to wear N-95 respirators voluntarily to protect from nuisance dust without the basic advisory information on respirators contained in Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134.
