29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) 6059 Virgil St, Arvada CO, 80403: On October 7th, 2021, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of 11 feet 5 inches to the ground below while installing shingles on the residential house without fall protection. The Crown Royal, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1504608, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 11, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 14325 Shadow Wood Court, Brighton, CO 80603.
