29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(iv): Procedures for proper use of respirators in routine and reasonably foreseeable emergency situations; Line watch operation, field tasks: employees were conducting field operations including apprehension and detainment where N-95 respirators were required, but they were not always worn due to work conditions such as engagement with violent offenders or running in pursuit of immigrant(s) across the border. Employer did not assess and include this condition in the written respiratory protection program for employees in these emergency situations. Employees were potentially exposed to SARS- COVID-2 Virus.
