(a) Location - 27 Andrews Parkway, Devens, MA  On or about 10/07/21, The controlling employer did not ensure that frequent and regular inspections of the job site were performed by a competent person.  Employees of subcontractor, L&A Property Services LLC, were exposed to struck-by hazards from falling roofing materials as well as fall hazards of greater than 30 feet above a lower level.

Barry Billcliff was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1443647, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/04/20, with respect to a workplace located at 472 NH-111, Hampstead, NH 03841.
