29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles:  Residential Construction: On or about October 13, 2021 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a struck-by flying projectile hazard while using pneumatic nail guns to install roof shingles without safety glasses.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):  Residential Home:  On or about  October 13, 2021, and times prior thereto, employees without fall protection were exposed to fall hazard greater than 6 feet to the ground below while installing roof shingles.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards that would enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  Residential Construction: On or about October 13, 2021, employees were exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet to the ground below, while installing roof trusses without being trained in recognizing and addressing fall hazards.
