29 CFR 1910.134(e)(6)(i):The employer did not obtain from the physician or other licensed health care professional (PLHCP) a written recommendation regarding the employee's ability to use the respirator: At the jobsite located at the University of Missouri - Ellis Library, 520 South 9th Street, Columbia Missouri 65201, employees were exposed to respiratory hazards. Employees were conducting tuckpointing work and were required to wear respiratory protection. The employer did not obtain from the physician or other licensed health care professional (PLHCP) a written recommendation regarding the employee's ability to use the respirator.
