29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) Second floor; front side; Lot #18: On or about 10/18/2021, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that employees were not provided protective helmets when they were working with wood framing on the second floor, approximately 9 feet 8 inches above the ground while other employees were on the third floor, working with dry wall, wood framing and tools.
