29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents. On or about 10/20/2021, Westerfeld General Contracting, LLC was installing trusses on a residential building located on lot 403 on River Frost Court in O Fallon, MO. Two employees were not wearing eye protection while using pneumatic nail guns to install trusses.
