The Foamking contains Foam Brite No. 377, a corrosive liquid with a pH of approximately 11-12,   Sanitation employees have not been provided with full face shields.  (b) On or about 11/9/2021, sanitation employee's faces are exposed to mist splashes when they use Foamking and fogger machine to clean.  The Foamking and fogger machine contain Hydroxysan Plus, a corrosive liquid with a pH of about 4 Sanitation employees transfer 2 pints of Hydroxysan Plus, a corrosive liquid with a pH of approximately 4.  Employees faces are exposed to foam and mist splashes when cleaning with Hydroxysan Plus using the Foamking and fogger machines.   Sanitation employees have not been provided with full face shields.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

The work areas include the used Chiller room, west cooler, the staging area, Packing rooms 1, 2, and 3 and the Box room.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
