(a) Office space at 5181 Riverside Dr. Macon, Georgia: On or about October 19, 2021, employees operating a Skyjack Scissor Lift (Model# SJIII 3219) with a missing ground pin, plugged into an outlet receptacle at about 110 volts were exposed to an electrical hazard.

29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Flexible cords and cables were not protected from damage, sharp corners and projections, or pinch points. (a) Office space at 5181 Riverside Dr. Macon, Georgia: On or about October 19, 2021, employees performing commercial construction work, were exposed to electrical and trip hazards when three (3) 100 ft. extension cords being used to provide power to scissor lifts, were exposed to damage.
