29 CFR 1926.1126(d)(1): The employer with a workplace or work operation covered by this standard did not determine the 8-hour time-weighted average exposure for each employee exposed to chromium (VI): On or about July 30, 2021, and on dates prior, the employer failed to determine the 8-hour time-weighted average exposure for each employee exposed to chromium (VI) when employees were welding stainless steel flooring upon install.
