At 3021 Moonflower Ct, Florissant, MO 63031 - On or about October 19, 2021 Employees of Elda Restoration were exposed to elevated fall hazards over six feet while working on the roof of a residential structure and were not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system or personal fall arrest system.

At 3021 Moonflower Ct - On or about October 19, 2021 employees of Lamas General Contracting were exposed to possible fall hazards from a ladder used to access an upper landing surface which did not extend at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access.
