Each employee who was engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. At 10420 Thorpe Ave, Overland, Mo 63114 - On or about October 18, 2021 Employees of Buzy Bees Construction LLC, were exposed to elevated fall hazards over six feet while working on the roof of a residential structure and were not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system or personal fall arrest system.
