Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system:  a)  On or about October 26, 2021, employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to falls of approximately 20 feet.  Argo Roofing Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1345310, citation 2, item 1, and was affirmed final order on January 16, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1507 Rand Rd, Des Plaines, IL 66016.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification.
